Valid tickets, or your money back
Every order on Ticketplace is covered. If your tickets are invalid, late, or never arrive, we'll replace them with comparable or better seats — or refund 100% of what you paid, fees included.
Canceled events
If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, every paid order is refunded automatically to the original payment method and its tickets are voided — no action needed. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
How to make a claim
Contact support before or within 24 hours of the event start with your order number. We respond to guarantee claims within one business day.
