Valid tickets, or your money back
Every order on Ticketplace is covered. If your tickets are invalid, late, or never arrive, we'll replace them with comparable or better seats — or refund 100% of what you paid, fees included.
How we make it safe
Seller payouts are held in escrow until after your event completes. Sellers only get paid when you get in the door, which removes the incentive for fraud entirely.
Canceled events
If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, you get an automatic full refund to your original payment method — no action needed.
How to make a claim
Contact support before or within 24 hours of the event start with your order number. We respond to guarantee claims within one business day.
