Our commitment
We want every fan to be able to browse, enter draws, and buy tickets. Ticketplace targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA and we treat accessibility issues as bugs, not feature requests.
What's built in
Keyboard-navigable interface with visible focus, labeled forms and controls, status messages announced to assistive technology, sufficient color contrast on text, and full support for your system's reduced-motion preference — all animation is decorative and disabled when you ask for less motion.
Known limitations
The interactive seat map is the hardest surface for screen readers; seat selection announces seat labels, but we're still improving spatial navigation. If the map is a barrier, contact support and we'll complete your purchase over email with the same seats, prices, and draw rights.
Tell us what's broken
If anything on Ticketplace is hard to use with assistive technology, email support and include the page and what happened. Accessibility reports are prioritized and we'll follow up when it's fixed.
