Fan Draw — Official Rules

Last updated July 2026

What the Fan Draw is

For high-demand events, the right to purchase tickets is allocated by a randomized draw instead of a race to checkout. Entry is free, limited to one entry per account, and requires a verified email address. No purchase is necessary to enter, and entering costs nothing.

What winning means

Winning grants a time-limited window (shown on the event page, typically 15 minutes) to pick and purchase up to the stated maximum number of seats at their normal listed price. Winning is not a prize and awards nothing of monetary value — only the opportunity to buy before others.

How listening affects odds

Connecting a streaming account and listening to the event's artists increases your draw weight, up to a stated maximum multiplier (currently 20×) on a diminishing curve. Every entrant, including those with no listening history, always retains a real chance of drawing first — higher weight improves odds; it never guarantees an outcome.

How winners are selected

At the entry deadline, all entrants are placed in a weighted-random order using a recorded random seed, so every draw's ordering is reproducible and auditable after the fact. Winners are admitted in waves; when a winner's window lapses unclaimed, their slot passes to the next entrant in the ordering.

After the draw

If seats remain after every entrant has had a turn, they go on sale to everyone. Entrants who didn't purchase are notified. Nothing about entering restricts you from buying leftover seats.

Fair play

One entry per person. Multiple accounts, automated entries, or streaming manipulation (bot listening) result in disqualification and account termination. Void where prohibited by law.
